What is the Universum Top 100?
The Universum Top 100 is a publication based on Universum’s U.S. undergraduate survey. It will discuss 2011 survey findings as well as feature employee testimonials. Distributed as an advertising supplement in The New York Times in November, it will have several target audiences—students, young professionals, current employees, top management, HR, and the business society.
“The New York Times’ audience is a perfect match for Universum's message because of our reach of human resource professionals, opinion leaders and young professionals,” says Kerrie Gillis, Vice President of Advertising Sales at The New York Times
Our vision for the Universum Top 100 is to spread the word about tomorrow’s winners in the war for talent. The concept of Universum Top 100 is to let readers meet a real person from top organizations through a Q&A interview. Besides providing useful information about the organization, the interviews and accompanying information will discuss what it takes to get hired at the company and what recruiters are looking for in potential recruits. It will also establish a strong and competitive employer brand for participating organizations.
